Bobbie has been a caregiver for over 20 years.
Some employees merely work for a company, but Bobbie takes ownership of her position. To say that she goes above and beyond is an understatement. Bobbie is in the office early everyday, and really takes the time to understand what is happening in the office and in the field on a daily basis.
She joined Midwest Family Care five years ago as a caregiver and quickly became noticed for her dedication and for her outstanding work ethic. Bobbie supports caregivers in the field while taking client shifts herself. She also helps with caregiver training and with our Evaluation for Performance recruiting.
