We are happy to announce the addition of Brian Koenig to the Midwest Family Care team in the role of accountant.
Now 'numbering' among the Midwest Family Care family, Brian brings a wealth of business development experience. We are certain he will be an asset as he brings logic to our ledger, consistency to our accounts, and precision to our profits.
Brian, who graduated from Illinois State University with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, began his career with Illinois Agricultural Auditing Association as an auditor. In December 1997, he became the Assistant Controller of Western FS, Inc. (now Lincoln Land FS). He served also as the company’s Controller and Energy Division Manager.
In 2004, Brian joined GROWMARK’s Energy Division as licensed commodities broker and Energy Analyst and later became the division’s Director of Marketing and Business Development.
In 2008, he became Member Services' Administrative Director. In December 2011, Brian became the Southern Region Manager for GROWMARK. In 2013 Brian moved to Wisconsin to serve as the Senior Business Manager at Insight FS, later becoming General Manager of the retail division.
Brian has four children: Matthew (16); Grace (15); Kenny (10); and Charlie (8).
