Autumn Winds is hiring caregivers to join our cozy, 10-bed CBRF home.

Nestled in the scenic country-side of Cambridge, Wisconsin, Autumn Winds is a fully staffed assisted living facility offering a peaceful place to call home for 10 residents. Each apartment is ideal for those seeking independence, care and connection.

We consider our residents to be part of our family and love making Autumn Winds a special home. Our property features a wooded lot, pond, fire pit, deck, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists resident(s) with activities of daily living
  • Promotes resident independence
  • Assures the cleanliness and dignity of each resident
  • Maintains a safe and sanitary resident environment
  • Reports any changes to the Nurse or designated charge person immediately for determination of contacting the on-call Nurse
  • Gives report to oncoming shift


  • First/Second shift: $11.00/hour
  • Third shift: $11.50
  • Weekend/Floater: $15.00/hour
    • Must work a 16-hour weekend once a month (double or split)
  • After 90 days: eligible for a raise


  • Preference given to CBRF-certified individuals
  • Certification available for the right candidate
  • We can get you certified if you are a rock star with stellar professional references and caregiving experience
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Choose to work as a Caregiver because you are passionate about impacting other’s lives through the work you do
  • Are looking for a long term career in healthcare that allows you to satisfy your need to serve others
  • High self-standards, dependability, and a commitment to care
  • Have your own vehicle


  • At least 18 years of age
  • CBRF certification
  • Prior experience working with elderly or in an assisted living environment preferred
